""A general who protects his soldiers like a baby will guide them to the deepest abyss: a general who treats soldiers like his beloved sons will make them willing to die for him," said the Chinese war strategist who lived in the spring and fall (770 SM-470 BC) "In the morning, the spirit of the warrior blazes in. In the evening the spirit fades: At night, the soldiers only think back home."

In the previous section I have dissected the thought of sun tzu in Stanley Bing's book. This time I will review the thoughts of sun tzu with some different references.

Until now the world recognizes the mysterious Sun Tzu as an art master of war. Sun Tzu is known to have been born in 535 BC in Tung-an Town in Shantung Peninsula (China).

At the end of his brilliant military career, Sun Tzu poured all his knowledge of the battles he gained in the Fa Pin or the Art of Warring. Sun Tzu teaches that 'looks weak precisely in times of strength'. Because according to what Sun Tzu said, war is not always related to fights. War is more about defining an efficient way of winning with fewer possible conflicts and resulting in falling casualties. (1)

It is most important to translate Sun Tzu's highly applicable universal arts strategies into a skill for achieving success in any field. It does not matter if you are a company owner, a businessman, a stockbroker, a film producer, or an astronaut. In fact, a housewife by studying the art of Sun Tzu war will help transform your weakness into strength.

As far as I know Sun Tzu is better known as a war strategist. But much of his thinking is used as a foundation for people, not just those in the military field, even CEOs can use in running their business. The attitude of choosing ingenuity rather than brute force makes Sun Tzu occupy a place of honor.(2)

The Japanese say, "politics is business and business is war." If the market is a battlefield, which requires strategy and tactics, Sun Tzu writes this teaching:

"Feed them with the shadow of profit, confusion, and dazzle them. Use anger to make them angry, be careful to be arrogant. Drop them off with a circle, make them fight themselves. Attack them when they do not expect it, when they are careless. Smooth that you are invisible. Mysterious that you are not palpable. Then you will master the fate of your opponent"

No wonder many western business people are confused and feel manipulated by their Asian business associates. Use spies and deception in every effort. All life is based on deceit.

Everyone said winning on the battlefield was good, but it is not. The General won every battle is not a true champ. Make the enemy lose without fighting that's the key. Better keep the country intact rather than destroy it. Defeat your opponent without fighting That is the peak of finesse.

There is a time to intensify the power. All other possibilities must first be tried desperately, including turning and running.

According to Sun Tzu, so that one can not be defeated one must make himself firstly invulnerable and then wait for the opposite to be defeated. From there arises the sense of survival and attack.

"They know the opponent has lost before fighting. They know standing in unbeatable places, and they know their soldiers have won before fighting. "
